For this municipality of 10,000 inhabitants located in Aisne (Hauts-de-France) we designed and implemented a collaborative web ecosystem facilitating interactions and cooperation between the municipality and the inhabitants.
The municipality of Villers-Cotterêts asked OJC Communication to redesign its website and create an intranet space.
The website is primarily aimed at city residents. OJC has created a responsive website that reflects the city's visual identity (logos, graphic charter).
The design of the intranet, for its part, has prioritized efficiency and clarity to promote ease of use of management functions.
We wanted to best meet the expectations of Internet users living in the commune of Villers-Cotterêts.
To do this, we carried out an audit of the municipality's previous website before redesigning the current tree structure.
The goal is to significantly improve the user experience.
Serving the residents! The core of the project was to enable interactions between residents and Town Hall staff by creating a collaborative multi-site platform. OJC therefore implemented several features on the site, such as online room reservations and the provision of a calendar of town events.
